1. B2B Procurement Service. Retail Tycoon .NET provides business-to-business hardware procurement, volume licensing assistance, leasing referrals, and pre-configured infrastructure supply. All quotes are illustrative until confirmed in writing by an account manager.

2. Quotes & Pricing. Volume-tier discounts are estimates. Final pricing depends on manufacturer availability, configuration, freight, and scope, valid 30 days from written quotation.

3. Orders & Payment. Orders are confirmed upon deposit or PO acceptance. Custom-imaged goods are non-returnable except for manufacturer-warranty defects.

4. Managed Services Referral. On-site deployment, cabling, cloud infrastructure, and managed IT contracts are fulfilled by Kline IT Solutions (klineitsolutions.com) under separate agreement.

5. Acceptable Use. Submit accurate business information; use this portal only for legitimate corporate procurement.
